Children deal with many distractions, temptations, and peer pressure in today’s competitive life. We at Global Mission believe that Yoga is a form of art that can create a positive impact on children. Daily yoga practices are conducted on the green grounds inside the campus. Students learn how to control their energy and increase their focus and concentration. Our students are also encouraged to participate in multiple International and National Yoga competitions.

Every morning prayers and shlokas are recited by the children, followed by short yoga and meditation sessions. We believe that meditation sharpens and expands the thinking process of our minds through relaxation. Keeping our minds calm and peaceful significantly affects our physical and mental health. It has been proved that regular meditation mitigates the symptoms of stress and anxiety.

We help students cultivate a habit of meditating to feel fresh and deal with difficult situations more easily. Our education system is based on the principles and values of the Gurukul system, where traditional values are given equal importance. Every student is encouraged to meditate and relax when they have the stress of exams or daily studies. This calm environment is maintained by our lush green fields, leafy plants, and trees around every corner of the campus.
